1. No-Bake Swiss Rolls

Recipe

Ingredients: 300g biscuits, 2tsp cocoa powder, 1/4th cup powdered sugar, 1tbsp chocolate sauce, 1+1/2 cup milk, 1tsp butter, 1.5 cups milk powder, 2tsp sugar.

Process for the outer chocolate roll

Step 1: Firstly, grind biscuits into a fine powder. Now, add cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate and mix it well.

Step 2: Now, add milk gradually and knead the dough. Then place the dough between butter paper and roll it.

Method for stuffing

Step 1: In a pan, add butter, milk, and milk powder. Now, keep stirring it until mixed.

Step 2: Now, add sugar and continue stirring till it thickens and turn off the flame when it becomes like a good stuffing. Now, let it cool for a while.

Method for roll

Step 1: Spread the stuff over the chocolate dough and cut out extra sides to get a square/rectangular shape. Now, roll the dough gently and refrigerate for 30mins.

Step 2: Now, cut out the Swiss rolls and enjoy them.

Strawberry Panna Cotta

2. Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients: 400g fresh cream, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup milk, 1.5tbsp gelatine, 5tbsp water, 30g strawberry puree; strained.

For the topping: ¼ cup strawberry puree, 7-8 strawberries, 3tbsp powdered sugar.

Recipe

Step 1: Bloom the gelatine. Now, cook together cream milk, sugar and vanilla essence till the sugar melts. Then add the bloomed gelatine to this and wait for it to cool down.

Step 2: Now, add the puree too and mix it well. Then, pour this into desired cups/jars/glasses.

Step 3: Now, set it in the fridge for 4-5 hours or in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours. Then, demould the Panna Cotta by pushing it around the edges or by dipping the cup/jar in hot water. Plate it.

Strawberry puree- just blitz strawberries in a mixer and your puree is ready.

Your Strawberry Panna Cotta is ready to serve!
