Return and Refund Policy of Cakes to Door

The items sold by Cakes to Door are perishable. Hence, we claim that they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We assure quality products to our customers. If in case of any serious issue with our product arises, you can contact us.

Cancellation Policy :

• Cakes to Door prepares fresh products as per the received order’s receipt. The order is sent out for delivery as soon as it is ready. The cancellation of orders under such conditions is not feasible. Once your orders are placed and accepted cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. No refund will be given in case of cancellation of the order.

Refund Policy For Failed Transactions :

• We refund your amount only when your amount was deducted from your account, but the transaction was failed. We shall refund under such circumstances at the earliest possible time.

Returns & Exchange :
