Eggless Cherry Cheesecake : Recipe
Ingredients: 150g melted butter, 200g Biscuit; Crushed, 200g cream cheese, 150g condensed milk, 1tbsp corn flour, 80g yogurt,

For the syrup: ½ cup Sugar, ½ cup Water, Juice of 1 Lemon, Lemon zest of 1 Lemon, 1.5tbsp corn flour, a pinch of salt and 20cherries; deseeded.
Step 1: Firstly, preheat the oven at 150◦ C. Take a bowl and add the melted butter to it. Add all the crushed biscuits and mix it well. Whisk it until there are no lumps. Press down with a glass to make sure it is tight.
Step 2: Now, chill it in the fridge till the batter is ready. Whisk together yogurt, corn flour, cream Cheese, and condensed milk. Then, pour this over the biscuit base. Now, pour hot water in the baking pan and bake this for 45mins with both to and bottom heat on.
Step 3: Now, let it aside to cool down. You can also chill it in the fridge for some time. The, run a knife through the sides and de-mould gently.
For the syrup: Cook all the ingredients together on medium high heat till the syrup thickens. This should take about 5mins. If you don’t get a red dark colour, mash 1-2 cherries into the syrup.
Garnish with the cooked cherries on the top and drizzle some of the cherries for a beautiful look.
