Chinese Chop Suey: Recipe
Let us begin:
Ingredients: 150 g boiled noodles fried in oil, or brushed with oil and air fried till golden or you can just add this to boiled noodles too, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp garlic; finely chopped, 1 tsp ginger; finely chopped, 1 tsp celery; finely chopped, 1 spring onion white; chopped, 1 onion; sliced, 1.5-2 cups of veggies; thinly sliced, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tbsp aromat, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 6-7 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 cups water, 1.5 tbsp cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp water, spring onion to garnish.
Veggies- Carrot, bell pepper, and capsicum.
Step 1: Firstly, heat oil in a pan. Then add in the ginger, garlic, celery, and spring onion whites. Now, sauté till it starts to brown.
Step 2: Then, add in onion and cook it for 20 seconds. Now, add in all the veggies and cook for 2 mins on high heat. Then, add salt, pepper, aromat, water, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, ad schezwan sauce.
Step 3: Now, bring this to a good boil and add in cornflour slurry and cook till this thickens. Finally, add this to the fried noodles and garnish.
Note: You can break the noodles for convenient eating.

Veggies- Mushroom/red cabbage/ broccoli.
Light soy sauce- omit
Ajinomoto 1 tsp/ vegetable stock powder
