1. Spinach Walnut Pesto Wrap: Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup spinach (try and use baby or small leaves), 12-15 walnuts, cloves of garlic, 4-5 tbsp processed cheese, salt, ½ tsp pepper powder, ¼ cup olive oil.

2. Pea Hummus Veggie Wrap

Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic; smashed, ½ onion; sliced, ¼ carrot; sliced, ¼ cup yellow bell pepper; slices, ¼ red bell pepper; sliced, 100-150g tofu; sliced, 1 tsp oregano, ¼ tsp pepper powder.

Hummus: 1 cup peas; boiled, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp or more lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin powder, 2tbsp olive oil, and ¼ cup hung curd.

Step 3: Spread the hummus generously over a tortilla. Now, add the veggies and add some chopped coriander. Then, wrap it tightly.
