Vegan Strawberry Vanilla Sheet Cake: Recipe
Ingredients: 7-8 small strawberries or 5-6 large strawberries; thinly sliced, 200g all-purpose flour, 200g brown sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp baking powder, 70g tbsp neutral oil, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup water.
Step 1: Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 190C/360F. Then line a pan with a baking sheet.
Step 2: Now, in a large bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix them well. Then, in a, mix the wet ingredients. Pour onto the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Step 3: Now, pour the batter into the lined pan and carefully place the lined strawberries on top in any batter you like. Then, bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then, remove it from the oven and let it cool before serving.
