With notice to this, I thought, why not spread life into parties by delivering cakes and gifts online. The irony is that my grandmother is a chef, and most importantly, she’s a baker. I’ve grown to see her baking cakes for all our friends and relatives on their special days. She bakes the best cakes and pastries, and I have learned all the baking from my granny. Little did she know that we could start an online business. She told me about establishing a small cake shop. 

Meanwhile, even I thought of it but always hesitated because of a lack of resources. I am 20 years old graduate in Business Administration. Most of the cooking and baking I have learned from my granny. I enjoy spending time with her and listening to her stories of youth. Half of my pandemic went through listening to all her past stories.

Keeping all this aside and coming back to Cakes to Door!

I planned to execute the idea. I started appearing for jobs to enhance my learning experience and subsequently started collecting for Cakes to Door. Finally, I started a job as a Finance Officer in one of the companies. I spent one-year multi-tasking and juggling with my studies and job. Finally, I collected enough money to start online cakes & sweets delivery service in Melbourne.
