Ingredients: 1lb/1/2 kg/6 inch ring, 150g Coconut milk, Juice of ½ an orange, ½ tsp. vanilla essence, 2tbsp coconut oil, 115g Coconut sugar, 75g Whole wheat flour, 75g Almond flour, 25g cocoa powder, 1tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp. baking soda, 40g chocolate, 50g chopped strawberries, hazelnut and Choco chips for garnish.
Step 1
Whisk together milk, vanilla essence, orange juice, oil, and sugar till the sugar melts.
Step 2
Add flour, almond powder, and cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder, chocolate, chopped strawberries and mix it only until it comes together.
Step 3
Garnish the top with strawberries, chocolate chips and hazelnut. Lastly, bake it in a preheated oven at 180* C for 40-45 minutes.
