Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients: 200g fresh cream, 200g condensed milk, ½ tsp vanilla essence, 150g strawberries; sliced, 100g frozen strawberry puree, 3 tbsp powdered sugar.

Step 1: Blend the cream just till it slightly thickens. Even if you do not see it thickening, time yourself and blend it for exact 5 minutes. Now, to this, add in condensed milk and vanilla essence. Whisk and let it rest in the freezer.

Step 2: Now, cook together strawberries puree and sugar till it’s soft and mushy. Let this cool down completely. Then, add it to the chilled cream and condensed milk mixture.

Step 3: Lastly, pour this into a container (if you want it to last longer then use a container with a lid). You can add some more cooked strawberries into the container for a swirl.

Step 4: Do not add too much cooked strawberries or it will completely harden and take time to scoop. Store it overnight.
