How to Make a Healthy Walnut Honey Cheesecake?

Healthy Walnut Honey Cheesecake : Recipe
Ingredients: For the base; 150g California Walnuts, 50g melted butter and 75g sugar.
For the batter with eggs– 200g cream cheese, 1/2tsp lemon juice, 1/2tsp vanilla essence, 50g sugar, 1 whole egg+1 egg yolk.
For the eggless batter- 200g cream cheese, 150g condensed milk, 2tbsp corn flour, 80g homemade yogurt.
Step 1: Roast the walnuts and blitz it in the mixer, keeping it a bit coarse. Layer your mould with it and chill it in the fridge for 10-30mins.
Step 2: blitz all the ingredients in a mixer together. Pour this over the ready base.
Step 3: pour water in the baking tray and bake the cheesecake for 40-45mins at 150◦C (preheated oven). Once baked, let it come to room temperature and refrigerate it for 2hours-overnight. Run a knife around the cooled cheesecake and de-mould.
Step 4: For the top, take 100g California Walnuts and 1/3cup honey. Cook them both together on medium heat for 5mins or till the honey caramelises and the walnuts are roasted. (Make this only once the cheesecake is cool and ready or you will have to re-heat it before garnishing)
Your gluten-free walnut cheesecake is ready to serve!
Substitutes: Egg-2tbsp flaxseed powder mixed with 4tbsp water. Let it bloom for 5mins.
